Return & Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
We request customers to carefully review their orders, delivery address, and contact details before confirming purchase.
2. Damaged or Tampered Packages

In the rare case that you receive a package that is visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and notify our team immediately. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and respond with a suitable resolution, if applicable.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

In eligible cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
